Peckture is a factual news-intelligence platform that structures major news stories into attributed, verifiable claims. We are not a paywall bypass service or article rewriter—we identify material factual claims in developing stories, track attribution and verification status, and present information in structured layers.

Peckture provides news intelligence through three layers:

• The Peck — A fast factual summary
• The Check — Source transparency and verification status
• The Big Picture — Original context and analysis

Our platform tracks individual factual claims with structured attribution to sources. We distinguish between reports, confirmations, and corroborations, and we never invent certainty or display fake numerical "truth percentages."

3. User Accounts

Source Attribution: We prominently credit original sources and link to original reporting. Our structured claims are derived from publicly available news sources with full attribution. We do not reproduce distinctive source expression, narrative style, interviews, photos, graphics, or editorial expression beyond what is necessary for factual claim extraction and verification.

User Submissions: When you submit content through our Service (such as through the "Peck It" feature), you grant Peckture a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display that content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

6. Content Accuracy and Verification

Peckture strives for accuracy but does not guarantee that all information is error-free or current. We employ a structured verification system with observable states including:
